Description/Abstract: Faced with a $33 million budget gap and possible state remedies that would still leave the Syracuse school district short millions of dollars, the city school board voted Wednesday to sue for more state money. The vote was unanimous. "When you don't have the political support, then you use the court system. Period," board Vice President Richard Strong said.
