Description/Abstract: The son of a state senator who represented Yonkers is among two lawyers earning more than $500 an hour to handle the Yonkers Board of Education's lawsuit challenging the state school aid system. Attorney John J. Calandra of Will McDermott & Emery, whose father, John D. Calandra, represented Yonkers from 1983 to 1986, will be paid $530 an hour. His colleague, Peter John Sacripanti, will be paid $600 an hour, according to the contract.
