Description/Abstract: How does economics serve as a strong tool to tackle pressing issues and develop important policies in our schools and institutions, from pre-kindergarten, through to post-secondary education? What can we learn in applying economic concepts towards the greater understanding and improvement of education, domestic and international? In April we focus on resources that support research and study in the field of Economics and Education, as we gear up for the next Everett Cafe book display, The Haves and Have Nots.Academic Search Premier is a a multidisciplinary database providing full text for more than 4,600 journals, including nearly 3,900 peer-reviewed titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals. Information is presented as analysis, briefings, commentary, or forecasts.Economist Intelligence Unit Country Reports Archive is a unique online archive of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)'s quarterly country reports, from their beginning in 1952 up to 1995.
