Description/Abstract: This is a correspondence between James E. Russell and Karl W. Bigelow about a proposition for outside class instruction, teaching 30 lectures on animal physiology in Brooklyn, and a resolution prohibiting officers and instructors at Teachers College from offering outside instruction unless under department supervision.
