Description/Abstract: Book Talk: The Kidnapping of Sr. Angelus, with Wendy Elmer, Thursday, 12/4, 4-5pm

Please join mystery writer and poet Wendy Elmer on Wednesday, December 3rd as she reads from her new book, The Kidnapping of Sr. Angelus (Author House, 2014). Beginning with the one-way arrival of Sister Philomena in Las Vegas, and ending with a trial-by-jury, this work recounts in plain language the story behind the strange abduction of Sister Angelus of Saint Peters School.

Wendy Elmer was born in Manhattan and attended Corpus Christi School and Mother Cabrini High School. She is the self published author of numerous books, including: John's Wedding (2013), The Case of the Missing Police Horse (2013), Hostages on the Subway (2013), The Mysterious Child (2012), Sarah's Murder (2011), The Missing Child (2011), The Roller Coaster (2011), Book of Poems about Being a Teenager (2010), and Book of Poems on Bereavement and the Grieving Process (2003).
