Teachers College Curriculum Studies Program The American Curriculum Collection provides in-depth coverage of curricula adopted by American states, cities, and school districts in the twentieth century. These detailed outlines of the curriculum, in such standard subjects as English, social studies, and mathematics, and in such specialized areas as vocational education, drug education, and adult education, are evidence of the intended content and methods of instruction and of the diffusion through the nation's schools of changing educational approaches and emphases.
The Teachers College Curriculum Studies Program is an ongoing digitization project in which documents from the American Curriculum Collection are scanned, uploaded, described, and tagged for the social, digital archive. This project builds upon others that serve to expand and enhance access to the Gottesman Libraries historical collections. Created By: Pocket Masters
