Dr. Emdin taught Physics and Chemistry in the New York City Public Schools. His research interests include Science and Mathematics education and the emergence of student culture within those fields.
He has a Doctoral Degree from The Graduate Center, City University of New York in Urban Education with a specialization in Science, Math and Technology.
