She has broad experience in developing human resources with traditional to online technologies for training, knowledge management and employee development. Judith has been the Director of Education and Employee Development at Lutron Electronics in Coopersburg, PA and Manager of Global Technical Educatoin for 3M in St. Paul Minnesota. In addition, she has taught in the doctoral program in leadership at St. Mary's University of Minnesota and has taught physics and math at The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Columbus, Ohio after graduating from Notre Dame College. There, she taught at Ohio Dominican College and the Delaware and Pickerington School Systems. 3M hired her and moved her to St. Paul, Mn where she lived for 20 years until moving to Pennsylvania. Judith has an Ed.D . from Teachers College/Columbia Univeresity, an M.S. in Physics from Purdue University and a B.S. in Physics from Notre Dame College. Judith is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and member of the Academy of Management and American Association of Physics Teachers.
